A person's life, their legacy, isn't a measurement of their accumulated wealth or the material items they've left behind. Rather it's the life they lived, the kind of person they were...

...I never knew Skye well, her personal life, her goals, wishes or dreams. What I do know is the kind of person she was, she was kind, gentle and generous in spirit.

I didn't know her real name, nor did she know mine. We simply shared time online, in the world we know as chat. I was acquianted with Skye for several years in this world and I grew to like her a great deal. She taught me that people can be themselves, can get along, and she taught me that real life friendships can be forged in this nebulous environment.

I miss her... will always think of her and remember the friendship we shared.

I won't say good bye, rather I say so long, I'll see you again one day my friend.
